WARNING!! Beware of Hotel Scams
It has come to our attention that scammers are targeting our meeting attendees, attempting to solicit bookings at unauthorized hotels.
Scammers call or email attendees, encouraging them to book rooms at various hotels close to the conference venue.
Please know that we will NOT be calling anyone to make a room reservation and that any person who claims to do so on our behalf is not authorized to do so.
If ANYONE contacts you about booking housing, please be advised that they are poachers who are not authorized by the Colloquium organizers or by Euromech and should be ignored.

Please be aware of any message coming from emails other than euromech652@uniud.it or from the organizers' personal emails. Avoid interaction with them.
CISM Guest House
Colloquium participants may wish to book a room at the Guest House of the International Center of Mechanical Sciences (CISM), which is located in Piazza Garibaldi 18, 33100 Udine. This is about 1.2 km (15-minute walk) from the venue of the Colloquium - see on Google Maps.
The guest house has 16 rooms (6 single and 10 double rooms) all with bathroom inside and Wi-Fi connection. Room rate is approx 30 EUR/night per person. Reservations are made on a first-come, first-serve basis.
